Double furnished room with use of my hot tub

the monthly price includes bills, but you will need to either provide your own food or go halves/3rds on food with me that is your choice. i have a small Jack Russell and house kitten in the house i have a large kitchen, reasonably sized living room, 1 bathroom which also has a shower that we would share. front and back garden, street parking and CCTV situated at the front over looking the car
You are welcome to share the living room with me I have Netflix, djsney+ and more. The kitchen has a washing machine fridge freezer no dishwasher sorry.
I also have broadband which of course you can share.
