I'm super clean, house proud and looking for a roomy!
Work 5 or 6 days a week. So out a lot of the time.
I'm well house trained and will happily cook the odd meal.
House has all mod cons including washer, dryer, ironing equipment (I can't iron though) fibre optic broadband, freezer, garage, seating area and bbq at the back. 45 inch flatscreen in spare room.
Room is downstairs as my house is a converted bungalow thing.
Respectful neighbours who I never hear move!
I live near the east ardsley / tingley reservoir and is nice for walking. Takes about 15 minutes drive to Leeds City 10 to Wakefield depending on traffic.
Want a roomy for company, Please no psychos apply.
Only thing I ask is that you clean up after cooking and share the house jobs and you're nice and smiley.... Sometimes
