House in East Ardsley with a spare room!

House is a new build 4 bedroom property with a large double room available. All newly decorated to high standards, and tidy!

Large kitchen and shared lounge. Newly landscaped garden with a hot tub. Bathroom also just completely ripped out and redone with a large shower and free standing bath!

Wireless fibre broadband (40mbps). Reasonably quiet area. Plenty of off-street parking.

There's a 3 year old cocker spaniel here also called Murphy. He's a soft little thing (more likely to lick you to death or bark at his own shadow) but he does live here as well! He's a well socialised dog and as such pets would be considered, but Murphy gets the final bark!

Looking for a young professional who is happy to mingle with the rest of the house. We are always up for drinks or tea out and don't take life too seriously. Would like someone who can interact well with others and enjoys the social side of a house share as well as the privacy. We are both friendly, bubbly outgoingoo people and wanting similar to ensure a happy household.

I work from home so if you work night shifts and want somewhere deadly quiet during the day to sleep this is probably not going to be appropriate!

There are regular busses into Leeds (28mins) and Wakefield, and a taxi for a night out in either city is about £10. The M1 is about 5 mins away so transport links are ideal!

Please note that this is not a suitable house if you have kids that you want to stay overnight etc!!!
