En suite double room in stone detached property

Single occupancy only please. Monday to Friday only

The house is in a quiet little village close to Bingley, West Yorkshire. There is easy access to countryside by foot or bike. The live in landlords are a professional couple who work Monday to Friday, we have one daughter at home who is at Uni locally.

The room is on the ground floor, it has it's own private entrance from the side of the house and comprises of a king size bed, dining table and chairs, wifi, heated towel rail, freeview TV, electric shower, separate sink and wc. Plenty room for parking on the street but off road parking can be available by negotiation if required.

Rent includes all bills, use of house kitchen only, washing machine, tumble dryer and access to garden. We would like to retain our privacy with the rest of the house.
We would like someone who will keep the room clean, tidy and treat our home with respect.
