Off street parking good links to city centre and local trainstation, close to main street Garforth for shopping. Nicely decorated, carpeted, bed, sofa and wardrobe space. Two accessible toilets with a shower area. We are looking for a quiet working person who respects others privacy preferably in a long term basis. Must be clean and tidy to keep the environment enjoyable and homely. Definately worth viewing you won't be dissapointed. Sorry no pets, if you smoke you must use the ashtrays outside at the exits. 300 deposit. 370 rent 1 month upfront as soon as tenancy begins. 1 month notice required on end of tenancy, ideally looking for long term tenant. Current tenants here 5 years and other new to us but local to area, both easy to get on with.
