The house itself is located next to Oakwell Hall Country Park - in close proximity to the M62 motorway network. 20 mins from Leeds and 2 mins from the bus stops for Leeds / Bradford etc. There is on street parking should you require it. The area is very quiet and crime free with friendly people in the neighbouring properties.

HOUSE MATE
I am looking for somebody to share my home who is trust worthy, honest, reliable and working full time.

HOUSE
A very spacious mid terrace cottage - with large kitchen diner (you will have use of fridge, oven, washer, dryer. Lovely lounge (Sky TV) with log burning stove - patio doors which lead to the private garden with outdoor seating, decking and lawn.
The house is decorated to a very high standard throughout and furnished the same.

ROOM
The room has never been rented before and comprises of a double bed, mirror, bedside table, lamp and chest of drawers. Decorated to high standard with an original fireplace (as a feature).

The house is spotless - very clean and tidy and I would like the person who moves in to keep it that way. The bathroom was newly fitted last month and comprises of shower and bath.

RENT: 380 per month inc bills
