I do have a Boston terrier dog, he's my world love him to bits, he doesn't shed and he's very clean, I'd never expect a house mate to clean up after him or care for him. I try my best not to let the house smell of dog, I know how off putting that can be.
Looking for a friend as well as a house mate, someone to have a gossip with on a night after work or out for a few drinks at the weekend. Please understand I am your landlord and not your career or mother, you need to be able to clean up after yourself and keep communal areas clean and tidy.

People with pets may be considered, depending on the the animal and length of tenancy.
