House does admittedly still need some superficial touches but will be able to do much faster with income from lodger. Has garden, parking, ensuite with loads of your own space, nice period features and great views. I'm pretty laid back, only real demand is rent and you don't break stuff or make a racket because it's a quiet neighbourhood. work 9-5 in customer services.
