The Granbys operates a residents only parking scheme so there is always space to park outside the house. It is a quiet well kept area with a mix of owner occupiers who care about the street as well as rental properties so maintains a nice balance.
We are looking for a tidy, considerate and responsible professional (preferably female) to share with 2 others. Everyone gets on well but respects each other's privacy which the layout of the house enables housemates to do that easily. We in turn are responsible caring landlords, with a committment to looking after the property, and available by mobile/email/, sorting out any maintenance as soon as we possibly can.
