Double Room in nice 4-bed Shared House, Headingley

We are one female and two male professionals in our early/mid-20s and we're looking for one more similar professional or post-grad to join us for the start of our new 12 month tenancy on 1st July 2019 in this great, spacious, well refurbished Victorian terraced house. One of us has already lived here for two years, two of us have lived here for one year, and all three of us want to stay for another 12 month tenancy, so we can tell you all about the place, the area, the landlord and the standard of the management etc. We're really looking for a housemate who will also be a friend. The house is in a quiet, residential street, a short walk from shops and the Headingley night-life, but not in a ‘student rental' area. An even shorter walk in the other direction are the cafe-bars, nice park, Waitrose and Aldi stores, and the easy transport connection routes of Meanwood. All Bedrooms have double beds and large windows. There's a nice lounge, a dining room/fully-equipped 'cook's' kitchen, a clean, light bathroom/WC and a separate second WC. Refurbishment has been to a high standard and the house is fully furnished with nice furniture and tasteful colour schemes. We have gas central heating, washing machine, condenser tumble drier, microwave, T. V., electric shower, security system etc. The available room is large, has a big window, lots of storage space, quality furniture. The property is managed directly by the owner who can be phoned direct, 7 days a week. There's no agency involved, so no rip-off signing-up or 'admin' fees, only rent and bond to pay. The rent includes Council Tax. Call the landlord any time to arrange a viewing, giving just one day's notice, and if you like the place (which we're sure you will!), we can't wait to meet you, because although the landlord helps out with viewings if we're at work, it's we who make the housemate decisions!
