The house is located just minutes from the Waitrose shopping centre as well as numerous bars such as Arcardia and Alfred's along with a number of restaurants.

A 10 minute walk to the Beckett's Park university campus and there is a bus stop directly outside with buses every 10 minutes to the City Centre and the City University Campus' - Leeds University and Leeds Metropolitan Civic Quarter.

Three of the rooms are currently let to two professionals and a masters student (3 males), and there is now one double room available on a six month let. The current tenant are more than happy for either a male or female tenant to move in.

We have a double room to rent in our lovely shared house in Meanwood. The house is a good sized terrace with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large kitchen/dining room and separate living room. There is also outdoor space at the front and back of the house, all bills are included in the rent.

It’s a great location central to Meanwood with good access to public transport and on street parking available. We are within 5-10 minutes walking distance to Aldi, Waitrose and Asda local and there are some great places to eat and drink including Alfred’s bar and Zucco’s restaurant. We are also close to Headingley and Meanwood Park. There are currently three of us, Seb, Chris and Mike living in the house and we are looking for someone to come and join us.
