The property is furnished, double glazed and has a large living room with balcony, telephone and broadband; good sized kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc.; 3 bedrooms; a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is ample car parking.

It is in a quiet area, on Queenswood Drive at the Headingley Stadium (cricket/ rugby) end, it is first block of maisonettes. The maisonette is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the Kirstall Valley with fantastic views. It is a 5-10 min walk into Headingley Centre, opposite Headingley train station (10 min trip to Leeds Station or Horsforth), on the 56 & 19 bus route (20 min journey to the city centre or 45min walk) and backs onto Becketts Park (5 min walk to LMU Headingley campus).
