I have a room available in Headingley, Leeds on Winston gardens. Ive had to move out to go live in Manchester. The room is available immediately! as in you could move in today!
Headingley has everything you need, local supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars, loads of places to eat out. the house is very close (2 min walk) to the arc to which is a great place to go and grab a drink and a bite to eat.
The room is rather spacious top floor room complete with a double bed, closet and set of drawers and lockable door. the house features 2 bathrooms both with basins, shower/bath, and toilets. There is a large nicely decorated living area with a large flat screen television couches and table. There is a nicely sized kitchen also with loads of storage as well as small utilities and a stove/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer.
House is well heated with central heating and radiators in each room including the room advertised.
There are currently 3 other people living in the house all really easy going young professionals in their 20's whom get along very well and don't mind hanging out after a day at work.

The rent is monthly at £330 with FREE wi-fi. tenants pay council tax, water and utility charges.

Bond deposit of £260 that is returned at end of tenancy so long as there are no damages to the property
