Big/Spacious Double room in Headingley

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy, which ends 27th of July. Any extension to the tenancy will need to be discussed with the letting agent

The room on offer is the largest in house, very spacious (im not sure the exact size, but you could easily fit 4+ double beds in there). The room is also at the top of the house (3 story) so you do have a bit of privacy. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and sink.

The house contains the following:

Kitchen - Washing machine, dryer, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, gas oven and hobs, plenty of cupboard space available

Living room - two sofas and a flat screen tv

Bathrooms - 2 Bathrooms, downstairs is a shower and toilet, upstairs is a shower/bath and toilet.

The rent includes all bills, Virgin media internet, with wifi throughout the house and a cable in the room.

The house does have a cellar for storage purposes as well.

Unfortunately i dont have any pictures and unable to take any as I am no longer in the area, but please contact me and i can put you in touch with the letting agent so a viewing can be arranged.

First months rent and a security deposit (around £200) will need to be paid upfront
