Unfortunately, one student has had to leave this superb student house. The good news is that a pretty cosy double room has recently become available. The house is a 5 bedroom semi-detached student house on the edge of Hyde Park, seconds walk away from a bus stop on Otley Road. The room is fully furnished, including a vintage wooden desk, and available at a small discount if taken quickly!

The 4 current tenants are all students at the University of Leeds. 2 are medical students and 2 studying masters.

The house comes fully furnished with broadband, tv and everything else is already set up. The house includes UPVC double glazing, gas central heating, an alarm system and a large conservatory which doubles as a living room. The property has been let to students for some years and has been refurbished every summer with new carpet, paint, beds and furniture.

There is plenty of parking spaces available in front of the house, and a bus stop about 15-seconds walk from the house which makes it ideal for students.

The house comes fully furnished, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, small dining table, iron and board, as well as a great back garden space perfect for summer bbqs and a place hang outside.
