Fun Sociable House in Hyde Park

I've moved to London and no longer need the room I was renting in Leeds.

Its a great bunch of people, 1 recent graduate (New professionals) and 2 professionals.

Everyone is up for a good laugh and easy to get along with, known these guys and gal for a long time and can't speak higher of them.

Ideally they are looking for someone easy going, can be a student or a professional.

All stayed in Leeds post university as the city is such a good laugh.

Expect many a drunk night out/in, or as much as the 9 to 5 will permit.

Great kitchen, Gas cooker, sexy tiles, big living room, all rooms are double beds and large.

I need to get rid of the room ASAP, but as i've kind of left them in the dark they've asked to meet any prospective tenants for a drink/chat to see if you'll click.

All bills included (Water, Gas, Electricity, TV License, Broad band)

Carpeted basement (ideal for parties or a chill room/games room/ decks room)
