one room is available in this house approx 10 mins walk from Headingley. The house is on a quiet mixed residential street, but is close to shops and bus routes. Each room has a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room (available now) has a 3/4 size bed. Shared areas of the house include a living room, dining kitchen (with washing machine, fridge and freezer) bathroom with shower and cellar for storage.
The house would suit a students/professionals who wishes to be undisturbed by noisy streets and bars but do not want to be too far away from the social scene in Headingley. The house is a short walk away from Waitrose and other shops in Meanwood centre.
Currently there are 3 flatmates, professional males.

The house has double glazing, burglar alarm and on street parking (no restrictions, permits not needed) and a small front garden and back yard.

Rooms are let on individual assured shorthold tenancy agreement, you would not be responsible for the rent of other tenants in the house. Cost of gas and electricity bills to be shared by the tenants, managed by the landlord so again you are only responsible for your share.
Broadband cost, TV licence, water charges and council tax is included in the rent.
The landlords are members of the Leeds Rental Standard.
