Hi, I have a double room with ensuite shower, TV cable point and wireless available in a big house for working professionals wanting full time or mid-week renting. £400pcm, all bills and a cleaner included.

The house is a spacious 4-bed Victorian semi over 3 floors so lots of privacy, 5 mins drive from Huddersfield train station (by rail Manchester 40 mins, Leeds 25 mins), 15 minute walk in to town/station and 5-10 minutes drive to east and westbound M62 (by car Manchester 50 mins, Leeds 25 mins).

The room has an ensuite shower, and you share the main bathroom (with another shower and bath) with one other lodger (female aged 24, been here happily for 10 months). I'm on another floor with my own en-suite so the bathroom and first floor are all yours.

The room was been redecorated recently, including new carpets; and you have use of the kitchen/diner too with all mod cons.

Parking: there’s a small drive, with room for 1-2 cars, with permit road parking too.

Cleaner included: there's a house cleaner so the main house is always clean and tidy, as well as your room getting a clean every few weeks.
If it's a Mon - Fri let you'd like, you'll come back to fresh linen every week as part of the deal.

Pets: I have a cat, but she keeps herself to herself. Friends with allergies also don’t seem to have problems as the house is spacious with lots of hard wood flooring.

I work locally, but can be home later some nights. I’ve enjoyed having lodgers for about 2 years now, and I’m told I’m well trained and welcoming as a live-in landlady!
