Beautiful third floor apartment (lift to all floors) in The Melthing Point, fully furnished and right next door to the university.

Open plan living area, guest toilet, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, gym availability, secure access, concierge service, dry cleaning, ironing service, etc on site.

10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to town centre.

Bills come to roughly £55 a month but if you're a professional we'd need to add council tax to that but to be honest I don't know what that would come to, in the region of £40-50 I would guess.

Ideally looking for someone who is pretty easy going and up for a bit of a laugh. If you want to know anything about me then just ask!

Room is available from the 15th December 2012 when my current flatmate moves out. Viewings can be arranged mainly for evenings or lunch times as I work 8-5 Monday to Friday
