Nice Double Room (260pcm Including All Bills)

I have one room available to rent in my house on Cross Lane in Newsome, Huddersfield.

The rent is £60 a week, £260 per calender month, and includes all bills and broadband.

The house is near lots of bus stops and is 15 minutes walk from town or 5 minutes by bus. It's in a nice area and is clean, quiet and properly decorated. The room has a double bed, a set of drawers, a book shelf and a wardrobe. There's spare furniture about so I can probably get you anything else you need.

There is plenty of communal space with a lounge and a dining kitchen. There's also a big wooded garden at the back with space for bbq's and bonfires.

I work as a support worker for people with learning disabilities. One house mate is a wood machinist and the other is a web designer.

Smokers are welcome but have to be ok with smoking outside.

There is barely any TV reception in this area so if you watch TV it'd have to be online or you could pay a bit extra for it to be added to the cable package.
