Spacious Accommodation in a Large Victorian House

This is a lovely old house which is decorated and kept immaculately and in style with its age but with all the necessary facilities. Two kitchens, two lounges, two showers, two toilets (three if you count the outside privy!). Each bedroom has a sink.
The house is large enough for us all to enjoy our own space yet if you need anything then I am always here to lend a helping hand or just to have a chat with.
This is not a business venture just a way of helping me to meet the costs of keeping this lovely old house running. I am offering the choice of two rooms (one single, one double with single) but only looking for one lodger -it depends on your budget/needs. Price quote is for the middle sized room.
My daughter lives here in the flat above with two dogs so dog lovers very welcome.
