Very friendly & relaxed house owner & partner looking for friendly & relaxed lodger! 3 bedroomed old stone terrace with a lovely large well maintained south facing garden (beautiful to sit out in sunny weather . . . mmee - when we get any sun that is!).The house has double glazing and central heating. The room to rent is fully furnished (double bed, drawers, wardrobe etc) and has a TV with Freeview also. The house has wireless broadband. Parking is on the Road, but it is a quiet back road so only residents park here. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as the usual cooker, fridge (infact 2 ... one for you and one for us!), freezer etc, and the bathroom has a shower as well as a bath.
