We live in a large detached house overlooking countryside in the village of Kirkhamgate. We are only 3 miles from Wakefield and 7 from Leeds. The house is a short distance from the M1/M62 and A1M. It takes 15 mins to get into Leeds City centre via the M621. The nearest railway station is Outwood and is 2. 3 miles away. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, a triple wardrobe, drawers, cupboards and a dressing table/desk. There is a newly refurbished en-suite. We are a sociable and fun loving household. We like to socialise together but we also like our own space and we are very respectful and supportive of each other. We are looking for a like minded person to join us. I am happy to consider Mon-Fri for a reduced amount or couples for an increased amount
