Housemate Wanted

We are looking for a housemate; me and Dom are a couple who live in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Kirkstall near the Abbey on Vesper Road.

We have a furnished double room in a friendly house for £360 a month (bills included); you would be moving in with me, Calei (27) and Dom (28).

We're a laid back couple who enjoy watching films and TV shows (Game of Thrones, House of Cards, Breaking Bad) and enjoy a glass of wine or whisky. We're not party animals but we enjoy going out.

I like running, reading, the odd spot of baking, yoga and good foreign cinema. Dom likes bicycles, action films, gardening (don't laugh!) and the odd computer game.

The room is a large double room with lots of storage and a desk. You have your own fridge in the kitchen, plus space in the garage if you need it. There is a lovely garden at the back of the house overlooking the woods.

The house is tidy and we are looking for someone who wants somewhere that they can make their home. If you're a bit of a geek you'll fit right in.

There are good transport links to town, plus we're near to Horsforth. Off-street parking is available too. The area has a few shops and we're not far from a couple of supermarkets.
