First to see normally takes! Male housemate required for friendly and fun house, available from start of July. Our 4 bedroom furnished house in Kirkstall needs 1 more housemate. Our existing housemates (1 male, 2 female) would like another sociable (and preferably tidy) male to join them.
The house is in a great location with no permit required for on street parking; just minutes away from Kirkstall Abbey, Kirkstall
Forge train station, major bus routes, Morrisons and the Leisure Park.
There are no agents/referencing fees and your rent, water rates, council tax and broadband are included.
Current housemates: Izzy works as a primary school teacher, Jake is a post grad student and Jess. All are laid back, tidy and enjoy socialising.
Bedroom includes built in drawers and cupboards for extra storage space.
