Double loft room

My double loft room is about to become available once again, to the right person. It is on the third floor - is bright and airy with additional storage space.
Although there is no en-suite, you will have a private bathroom on the second floor which comes exclusively with the room.

The house is close to all local amenities including bus and train stations. It is also close to the major M-way's i. e. M62/A1.

I always prefer to meet any potential housemate before making a decision.
If you are a professional, considerate and sociable person then you will feel comfortable and at home here.

There is one current housemate - quiet in nature, and he is on a Monday to Friday arrangement only.

I am a live-out landlord as I now work in London.
This means the room is available as the above option (£325 PM) - or on a full-time basis (7 days per week at £375 PM). Therefore if this option suits your needs you will have the house to yourself Friday to Monday evenings.
