Room to rent in 2 bed City Centre flat

Hi

My current flatmate is moving out at the start of April so her room is going to be for rent in our flat. Its a 2 bed at brewery wharf in the city centre and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a good kitchen with dishwasher, and big living area with dining table and chairs. TV licence is included in the rent but bills are separate.

I am looking for someone to rent the other room who is a clean and tidy housemate, generally nice person, that kind of thing.

Im 25 and I work in the city centre through the week then just do whatever on a weekend.
