Double Ensuite with Dressing Room/Study Roundhay

We are looking for a third house mate to replace one due to relocate soon. We currently rent a lovely 5 bedroom house in a nice location in Roundhay (off Street Lane), close to all the local shops, delis, restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beautiful park. The house is really spacious so ideal for sharers, two living rooms, large kitchen/diner, separate dining room and outdoor terrace and garden. The house also has three bathrooms so no sharing of facilities in the mornings.

The bedroom we are looking to fill is large double en-suite room with an adjoining room which could be used as either a dressing room or study.

There is no problem with parking as we live on a quiet cul-de-sac.

We are two professional girls who are very easy going and sociable.
