Great flat in the City Island complex on Gotts Road, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, south facing balcony over looking the canel & parking space.

Fab location, 10 minute walk from the station and City Centre. My current room mate is moving away from the city centre moving date isn't confirmed and she can be flexible. Price is negotiable if you do not require the parking space. There's a co op, an a few restaurants just down the road.

I am quite new to Leeds so would like a sociable room mate who I can go out for a drink with. I work mon-fri in the city centre, usually normal office hours. Like to go out at the weekends, although have the odd quiet one. I'm really laid back and am not a clean freak however the flat is kept tidy. I really enjoy watching football, so would like someone with a similar interest in sport/football.
