I'm a live in landlord and have a spare furnished double bedroom overlooking garden and patio, sharing lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with separate shower.
It's a quiet house. I'm easy-going, have a cat and often work from home. Looking for a Monday to Friday (or 4 on 4 off) house guest. Happy to provide bedding and towels if required.
Free on street parking. No smoking in the bedroom or living room but there is an allocated area.
The house is near riverside/canal walks, Kirkstall Abbey, Leisure Centre, Vue Cinema and supermarkets. On direct bus route to town, YTV, LGI, LDI and St James' hospital. Close to all city road links, Headingley train station, shops, bars and restaurants.
