Big double Room in a new refurbished house!!!

It is a big double room with a big wardrobe, big chest of drawers, desk with chair, night stand and a big double bed. The house also has a very nice and decorated living room, bathroom with shower and bath, fully fitted kitchen and a massive basement to store any belongings. The bills are not included but they are around 30£ a month per person.

The housemates are really friendly, all of us we are clean and tidy and we respect each other in order to live together in a good atmosphere. I live the house because my contract in Leeds has finished and my company send me away, otherwise, I wouldn't leave this house... :(

This area is also really cool, there is a mix of students and families and there are many supermarkets very close as Asda, Aldi, Poundland, etc... Buses to town are 2 mins walking and Burley Park is also quite near.

If you need to spent less money, there is also another double room for 250 which is a bit less spacious than this one.
