I am looking for somebody to take over my double bedroom in a very nice, 9-bed postgrad house on Cardigan Road (Managed by Unipol). The room is nice and quiet going out to the back and the atmosphere in the house is very friendly.
With bedrooms spread over 3 floors, 3 bathrooms and a big kitchen the house is well equipped for 9 people. Location is very convenient within walking distance of Leeds Uni and Headingley (both ca. 15 min walk). There are lots of shops nearby and a busstop with frequent links to the city centre right in front of our doorstep.
