All rooms have a double bed (4’6”), TV point and are fully furnished. The lounge has a 40” ‘smart’ TV with a communal areas licence included in the rent. The kitchen has an American fridge/freezer, fan oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine and modern luxury fully fitted kitchen with allocated storage for all occupants. The house is alarmed and all bedrooms have their own locks fitted.

All bills (including internet and Council Tax) are included in the rent but subject to a fair use policy. A TV license is provided for the communal areas. The property has a fenced back yard for bike storage and ample on-street parking.
