Double room on the dock £350 inc water

Hi,

I am looking for a new flat mate as my current flat mate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

The room is available from the 28th February.

The flat is an absolute bargain at £700 a month with water as there are one bed flats for more around the dock and much smaller.

The room is unfurnished. The flat was unfurnished originally but I have bought everything to make it a home.

It is a shared bathroom.

There is also a very large balcony that captures the sun from 1pm-sunset in the summer.

In the lounge I have a 42 inch 3D TV with smart tv functions and NOW TV which includes sky movies and entertainment. I also have Netflix on there too and a 3D blu ray player so plenty of night in entertainment.

Bills:
Water is included.
With my past flat mates as I pay the TV license, TV functions and Internet they have paid the electricity.
Council tax is band D and split between the two of us averaging at £55 a month.

The bond is a month and half rent, but I'll double check. There's also a fee for contracts etc.

There is a tesco opposite the flat and parking available for extra costs. There is also a primal gym, pizza express and a bar.

It takes 10 minutes to walk into town along the river but there are now water taxis and a bus that runs to the train station everyday too.

About me:

I'm 26, I enjoy going out. Cinemas, gigs, festivals, eating out and getting tattooed.

I am very clean and tidy so I'm not too keen on ideas of parties every weekend but I do like get togethers.

I do have an unhealthy amount of clothes so I am a typical girl.

I have a puppy chug called Padme (Padmay) she adores attention and is definitely the boss of the home. She has been brought up around people so is for sure a family pet so won't be antisocial.

I work 8-4 week days in the city center so I enjoy cooking and chilling week nights with a good movie or standard TV.

I am looking for someone not only as a flat mate but as a friend too, I'd like to share the flat as a home rather than a space.
