Leeds Dock Double Room With Own Bathroom

My flatmate is moving to London so the room is going to be free from 1st Aug. There's a shared living room, kitchen and balcony but you would have your own room and own bathroom. I work at Asda HQ so work 9-5 but like to go for drinks on call lane/merrion for example at the weekend. Go to the gym most nights. Looking for a tidy person. Standard things such as smart TV, fibre broadband, dishwasher, washing machine etc. all present. Street parking available which is fine for people working 9-5, however if you need somewhere to park throughout the day during the week/weekend you would need to park on the 24/7 street or secure park at the dock's NCP multi-story.

Rent is £475pm- bills not included. Electric, water, internet, tv licence etc. £75 each pm. Council tax is £49 each pm.

Also, partners welcome to stay over for a couple nights a week for example but i'm not looking to rent the room out permanently to a couple.
