I'm quite fastidious but not OCD and a quiet living person who has very good relationship with her neighbours. I'm friendly & happy to chat, but used to my own company & doing my own thing, so you won't be intruded upon. I expect the property to be respected. It was a family home, but children have gone now, so don't apply if you just need to crash & are simply 'renting.' I would hope to find someone who wants a home from home.
