Double Room in Woodhouse *move in date negotiable*

After having a change of circumstances I am going to be moving back home and am looking for someone to move into my room. It is a double room in a 4 bedroom house in Woodhouse. Both sets of neighbours are friendly and don't cause any hassle. All other 3 tenants are 3rd years at Leeds Beckett. They are all very friendly, don't go out drinking every weekend and will welcome a new tenant. The house has a large bathroom, large living room, very large kitchen/dining room and a basement, along with four bedrooms. The room itself comes furnished with a small double bed, some shelves, a clothing rail, shelving and drawers, a desk and some more shelving. It is a lovely room and I am sorry to be leaving it, It would be a lovely place for anyone to live.
