Room available 230 pcm

2 guys and a girl here. Woo!

A room available soon, rent either 220 or 230 a month depending on which room you take.

We are looking for a friendly, quiet, non drug taking, and clean individual.

We are located off burley road literally 15 minutes walk from town or 5 minutes on the bus.

There are 3 other housemates, it is multi cultural and from different countries ie spain, england etc.

There is a deposit of approximatly around a month rent, ID and reference needed with the first month in advance by the landlord.

House comes with central heating, internet, fire alarms, in a safe area.

two showers one bath

The room is medium size, and has a nice double bed. it is on the top floor.

Bills are on a pre-payment meter which means we top it up roughly once a month,
each of us tops up 15 on electric and 10 for gas during winter, or better still just 5 during the summer, as we dont really use much with boiler off.
You probably wont find anywhere else with such awesomely cheap bills to pay.

About the house: we are clean and hygenic everyone is relaxed, calm and outgoing, without being intrusive, and looking for similar. it really doesnt bother us your background or nationality or what you do.

The landlord initially signs a minimum 6 month contract, and he doesnt allow pets or smoking in the house.

Some of us study, or work early shifts, so this would not suit somebody looking for a party house, or to bring all their mates over everynight. sorry :-(

Apart from that its a lovely friendly household, oh and did i say that bills are included (water/wifi) all you pay is gas and electric.
