Renovated house and modern decoration, in a quiet but very convenient area, near Leeds Uni, 20 min walk to city centre, bus stops nearby.
It's a 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The other tenants are all nice, polite and respectful young people.
The room is well furnished with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is much light in the room because of the large window.
For short term let only. Can rent either per week, and the rent is £20/day; or per month, and the rent is £100/week. The duration of stay needs to be at least 1 week. For 3 month let, the rent is £90/week.
EVERYTHING is inclusive in the rent, council tax, internet, all the other bill, etc. All you need to pay is the rent!
NO DEPOSIT. Only £100 admin fee will be charged.
