1 Double Room Available Now - July 1st!

This is a first floor room on 22 Lucas Place in Leeds/Woodhouse, which is about 15 minutes to Uni of Leeds and 20 to Leeds Beckett.
I have already moved out of the property, and so it can be available from any time now to June. There are 4 students already living there so a student is preferred (however not required to be a student) to be able to endure the balance of socialising/going out and working for uni.
The room itself has a large wardrobe which I found stored the majority of my things. The ceilings are high. There is a set of chest of drawers and a bedside table with drawers. The desk also has a large pull out draw and shelves so storage is plenty. The matress is also good quality, I think it must have been fairly new when I moved there in September 2016. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath/shower one just a shower. They are on the ground and first floor The kitchen and living room are both large spacious developments - both rooms have a TV and the license is paid for. All bills/internet are included within your rent. There are local shops in the area including one next to the house which was extremely handy and due to reasonable closing times and a fairly quiet area there was no issue with this. It also has CCTV at the front and back of the shop which made me feel more secure in the house too. There is free street parking too if you wish to bring a car.
