I am looking for someone to take over my contract as I am moving back to London - I have a double room in a lovely 2 bed apartment literally a stones throw from Leeds uni and about a ten minute walk into town, fifteen minutes from Leeds station.
It's 310 a month, contract expires on July 1st so a further six months need to be paid. Bills aren't included but my flatmate and I usually pay about 25 a month each including for internet.
