The apartment is on the 6th floor overlooking the canal and is very spacious. There is a communal roof terrace and a 24/7 management office.
The master bedroom has an en-suite and the other bedroom uses the house bathroom.
Included in the rent is; Tv License, Internet, hot water and heating (fair usage terms apply).
Things not included: Electricity, Council tax
There is the possibility of renting just one room if the I find the right tenant as I will be looking for someone to move into the spare room when I get back.
