I have just bought an apartment in Leeds which I will be moving in to and therefore need someone to occupy my current room (for 2 months/until the end of April as a minimum). There might be opportunity to extend this for longer.
I am looking for someone to move in at the start of March but there is some flexibility here if needed.
This is a none smoking apartment - however there is a balcony you can use if you are a smoker.
Current flat mate is male, 26 and works 12-8 Monday to Friday.
