Modern City Centre Apartment

I'm looking to buddy up with someone to sign for the flat as soon as possible. I'm current doing a PhD at Leeds uni. I'd say I was clean and friendly who likes my own space but also likes going out ect as well and would be looking for someone similar. Ideally a student who is exempt from council tax like myself however if you are not and willing to cover council tax that's fine.

You couldn't get any more central the apartment is on park row around 3 minutes walk from the train station, It has plenty of character being situated in a beautiful bank stone building. Inside is spacious with plenty of light being let into the rooms by large windows. Comes with a modern kitchen with all the appliances you would need. I also have a home cinema set up with a 50 inch tv and surround sound so anyone into cinema is welcome! The room has a large bed and en-suite. I'm currently living in the property so if you would like a look round just let me know! I really don't want to move out of this place but am struggling to find any friends with the budget needed so thought I would try on here.
