My current flat mate will be moving out in the summer, I am wanting to stay in this flat for another 6 months, so I need a new flat mate!
I'm looking for a professional female like myself! .
I am outgoing, friendly and personable and looking for someone to become a friend, not just a flat mate.

9 month tenancy from 26/08/16 - 25/05/17.

The flat is in Whitehall Waterfront on the 7th floor in the city centre, just down from the train station. A very small walk into the centre of town as well. There is no parking included.
The bedroom has its own en suite, we also have a balcony over looking the river and the city.

Bills roughly per person, per month:
- Internet ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃ Â£12
- electricity ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃ Â£25-30 (pay quarterly though)
