Double Room near Leeds City Centre

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of June and I am looking for somebody to take over his room.

I am looking to share with a young professional. I work Monday to Friday and I am away a couple of weekends a month. I enjoy a night out on the weekend, quiet nights during the week, eating out, trashy TV and sport especially football. Sky will be provided free of charge.

The available room has a double bed and is fully furnished. Room is furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table and chest of draws. You will also have your own spacious bathroom

The flat is within a few minutes of the Royal Armories and roughly 10 minutes walk from the centre of Leeds. It is on the 3rd floor with double glazing and plenty of light.

The flat has a washer-dryer and fridge freezer. Secure underground parking is included but if you don't require it, we can rent the space out.

Happy to live with a smoker but no smoking within the apartment.
