We are two second year International relations students, going into third year looking for a third roommate for the next academic year. The accommodation is a three bedroom, right opposite Parkinson building behind Charcos. The rent is 441 pounds a month and the bills inc water, electricity and WIFI are all included. Its a very nice bedroom (double bed) and the flat is really close to cafe's and restaurants. The tenancy starts in July. The flat is maintained by Leeds housing federation and any problems are resolved asap.
