The room is furnished with chest of drawers, build-in wardrobe and has its own en suite. It is a master bedroom. The flat is lovely and has a shared open plan living room, kitchen and a balcony.

My current flat mate is leaving Leeds for other job opportunity back home. I would like to stay in the flat, therefore looking for another female to share with. I am a 30 years old professional, working full time, and studying towards accounting qualifications. I enjoy sports, especially athletics and walking outdoors. My ideal flat mate would be friendly and tidy professional (not a student) who enjoys a healthy balance between party and quiet/rest time :) I don’t fancy smoking inside the flat, however you could always use the balcony.

The flat is through the agency, so there is a contract and usual agency fees (135 each when signing together), no pets policy.
