This is a lovely flat in city centre, the room is a good sized furnished double room. There is a shared living/kitchen area and bathroom. I will be the tenant you will be sharing with, I've lived here since last year and am renewing my tenancy the person that I currently share with will be leaving in February. I'm advertising now in order to allow time for viewing, to get to know my new flatmate and for the landlord to check references etc. Bills are not included in the rent but work out at about £120 a month.
