Hi everyone, I am moving out of this great flat end of September and looking for someone to take my space.

In the basic info it will not let me advertise the room at the actual price of £622.50 and not £622 per month.

My current housemate is male and 23years old. He is a full-time trampoline coach and has 3 pet tortoises and a hedgehog. He loves going to nandos as he cannot cook, so the kitchen is usually pretty clean.

The room is a very large and spacious double room, with lots of storage. It comes with a bed, bedside table, mirror, desk and desk chair and wardrobe. The furniture is all fitted so leaves little for experimentation with the layout. It has an ensuite with large powerful shower, and toilet. The window looks right across the town center and out to the distance.

The flat is in a building conversion right in the center of town. It is a new property from 2015 so very modern. The building comes with a concierge service and 24hr security. There is parking available at an added cost of £75 per month.

The building is just across from Leeds Direct Arena, Belgrave and the Merrion Center so perfect for anyone wanting to live in the city centre. Its a short walk to train/bus station so great for anyone who travels for work. It's also just situated off the a64 so perfect for anyone with a car and commutes to work.
